What happens in a personal training session?

A session usually lasts between 45-60 mins…(dependant on fitness levels).

Each session will encompass a combination of activities including cardiovascular training, resistance training and postural/trunk training.

The structure of the session will largely depend on your requirements, ascertained after your initial consultation, combined with the level of fitness your personal trainer has identified that you have….
